A block of rooms has been reserved at the Bethesda North Marriott at the rate of $183 per night (single/double occupancy) plus 13% tax. Participants are responsible for arranging and paying all their travel costs, including lodging. To receive the conference rate, please make your room reservations no later than 5 p.m. EST on Tuesday, January 31, 2011. After that date, the hotel cannot guarantee the availability of rooms or the conference rate.

DIRECTIONS

From north New York, Philadelphia, and east Maryland, take I-95 (New Jersey Turnpike) south toward Capital Beltway I-495 West/Silver Spring. Follow I-495 (right lane) to Silver Spring. Continue to Exit 34, Rockville Pike (Route 355) North; turn left on Marinelli Road.

From west and south Maryland, take the route appropriate from your location toward the Capital Beltway (I-495/I-95). Take the I-270 Spur off the Beltway 3 miles into Maryland. Exit onto Democracy Boulevard East. Turn left on Old Georgetown Road.  Turn right on Executive Boulevard.  Turn left onto Marinelli Road.

An overflow block of rooms has been established with the Legacy Hotel for $183 per night (single/double occupancy) plus 13% tax (this is the same rate as the Bethesda North). Participants are responsible for arranging and paying all their travel costs, including lodging. To receive the conference rate, please make your room reservations no later than 5 p.m. EST on Friday, February 10, 2012. After that date, the hotel cannot guarantee the availability of rooms or the conference rate.

AIRPORTS

Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport:
The hotel is located 20 miles from the airport, with approximately 35 minutes driving time. Approximate cost for a taxi is $45 one way. 

Directions: George Washington Parkway north to Capital Beltway I-495 North; Exit 38 to I-270 North onto Democracy Boulevard East. Turn left on Old Georgetown Road.  Turn right on Executive Boulevard. Turn left onto Marinelli Road.

Washington Dulles International Airport:
The Marriott is located 25 miles from the airport, with approximately 45 minutes driving time. The approximate cost for a taxi is $55 one way.

Directions: Dulles Access Road to Capital Beltway, I-495 North; Exit 38 I-270N. Exit onto Democracy Boulevard East. Turn left on Old Georgetown Road.  Turn right on Executive Boulevard.  Turn left onto Marinelli Road. 

Baltimore-Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport:
The Marriott is located 35 miles from the airport, with approximately 60 minutes driving time. The approximate cost for a taxi is $60 one way.

Directions: Go west to I-95 South to Capital Beltway I-495 West. Take Rockville Pike (Route 355) north. Turn left on Marinelli Road.

METRO

PARKING

Onsite parking is available at $4 per hour or $15 daily.  Overnight hotel guest parking is valet only at $15 daily.
